Where do I begin? The at home try on dresses are MUCH better quality than the actual dress you purchase. We ordered 9 bridesmaids dresses for my oldest daughters wedding and most of them had issues. The biggest issue was with my youngest daughters dress. It was WAY too short (even though the measurements I sent were dead on), the seam that runs down the back of the dress was crooked, the sequins shed all over the place, the side zipper was too close to the material of the dress and would get snagged when zipping up, and the solid piece under the sequins was longer than the sequins overlay! the whole dress was a disaster.The customer service of this place is horrific. As a Manager of a luxury car dealership I wouldn't have a job if I treated paying clients as poorly as this company. They were very dismissive about the quality of the dress even though ALL of the defects were clearly shown in the photos I provided. I was simply told you can pick a "similar" replacement dress from our warehouse which will arrive in time. As I explained that ALL of the bridesmaids were the same and how stupid would it look if one had a completely different dress...they could give two sh!&$ I tried to be very pleasant, I explained that this WILL ruin my daughters wedding, and even offered to pay whatever it is I needed to pay to have another one made and express shipped. NOPE! Denied! I received a canned response via EMAIL because we all know how people hide behind their keyboards. Then to add insult to injury they offered to refund me 15% if I returned the dress. There was ZERO empathy from this company, no realistic solution offered...nothing. I couldn't even speak to a supervisor...I received this response, again via email, when I asked for a supervisor to call me: "I understand you have requested to speak to a supervisor, Any decisions regarding exchange/cancellation/etc have been made with the oversight of the manager and director, in accordance with our stated policies so we will not be escalating this issue further"This is a horrible business! Clearly I am not the only person with this experience. I will shout from the rooftops to everyone I know to never purchase from this company, ever! Thanks for nothing Revelry!
