I ordered one dress in the wrong color and called to cancel. They immediately contacted the shipper and got it before it was sent out so I could be refunded and refunded me the same day. They were also keeping in touch with me through the texting option of their customer service about the correct dress getting to fedex to be sent to me! 12/10 customer service. They answered the phone right away when I called (which I feel like never happens anymore) and helped put my mind at ease that it would make it on time. Definitely saved my a** for my wedding day and I would use them all over again!!!
