I agree with the others; this feels like a scam. I foolishly ordered multiple items after seeing ads online, and everything I received is subpar. The items look nothing like the advertised photos. The fabric feels like the worst quality reusable bag. I attempted a return (some items arrived damaged), but customer service has been unhelpful.
