An online company using constant social media advertising for extremely expensive goods where you cannot return them!? I bought briefs, and nowhere on the webpage for the product, or the basket, or the checkout did it warn me that briefs are not returnable. If I'd had any of this information before purchase I would not have given this company my money. That means if the product doesn't fit you cannot return it. This is not at all common, I have bought briefs online from other online retailers from Victoria Secret to Marks and Spencer, and they have been returnable. Worse than this, I then tried to return just the bralette, and they charged me £8 to return their own product. This is more than the cost of tracked courier. I've never been charged this month by a company before for returns. I've never used the company before, and because of this I cannot use it again.

UNDERSTATEMENT -
Liberating. Unrestrictive. Unapologetic.
Understatement is a female-founded, female-run force of change born in 2017 from the ambition of disrupting the “oh-so-boring” antiquated underwear market and contribute to a world where women can be whoever they want to be - liberated and unrestricted. One butt at a time.
We are revolutionizing the underwear drawer by turning an everyday necessity into a liberating statement piece from under. We are making the first layer finally count by designing underwear that feels as good as it looks - understatements that make a difference in how women feel about themselves.
Our commitment to the women of the world influences everything we do. From the women working in the female-run factory in Latvia where our undergarments are produced, to the women who wear our products - we want to contribute to a world where they can be whoever they want to be. See more
