Purchased a Jio phone on 23rd March and it turned out to be defective from the first use. Mic of the phone is not working. I reached out to the customer support executive over phone call to raise complaint, they started asking for unboxing video. However taking video during unboxing the product is nowhere mentioned in their terms and conditions and I communicated the same over the call. They simply said they cannot do anything. Despite of asking them the address of service centers, their response was same. they are selling fake and defective products and its a scam they are doing with people. I regret purchasing from this site and suggest not to buy anything from shopyvision.com.
