They have a lifetime guarantee that they don’t honour. They’ll make it as difficult as possible to not send replacements out, even for something that costs a fiver! We have two of their straw and lid bottles and one started leaking. They sent a lengthy emailing explaining that we perhaps cleaned it wrong, the silicone may have been lost etc etc I didn’t have time for back and forth on emails for a replacement item that cost £5 or even to send videos across.
