I tried the trial and didn’t find the notes as useful as I thought . I canceled the subscription yet they still charged me even though I explained to them I did not find their product useful. The rep Maria made no attempt to offer me a refund . I clearly haven’t been using their service nor do I want it. They could have at least offered to just charge me a month instead of a full year. Terrible ethics.
