I have tried to cancel multiple times. Each time they say to turn off automated shipments and select choose when you want one shipped. That is apparently the only way to "cancel". They won't let you delete your account, remove your credit card from your profile, disable shipping, etc. So I've had that option selected all year, and I've triple-checked that no dates are chosen. But out of the blue, it'll randomly send me an email that I have a box on the way. I never check that site, I never set preferences, I never get a warning that a date has been chosen, nothing. I have no clue why or how this has happened but it's like the company itself is going in and choosing to ship me something. This happens every three months despite multiple emails with the company. Livid is an understatement because I've told them I'm on a budget and can no longer afford this service but I get charged every time a box ships, even if I don't keep anything.
