I don't have any issue with the responsiveness of the support - they have generally been good. However my watch no longer lasts for 18 holes and it is only 2.5 years old. I don't think that is acceptable for something that costs £250. They offered me discount off a new watch but I don't think that is good enough and I'm not going to buy something that expensive (even with the 25% off) that has such a limited life. Many people report that Garmin watches are still working fine after 4, even 6 years - so I'll probably buy one of those instead.
