I purchased a ex demo V 5 watch but unfortunately it had battery issues I got in touch with shot-scope support who gave me options to try and resolve the issue, Lee was very helpful and kept in touch through a number of emails eventually I had to return the watch as I was unable to fix the problem. The support team sent me a replacement watch which is working fine .
