I have no issue with the customer service team. I reached out due to an issue I was having with my X5. The watch no longer held a charge that would last an entire round. It used to last an entire round of 18+. Then it deteriorated down to 17 holes, then 14 and now just about 10 off a fully charged battery. I reached out to customer service and asked if I could replace the battery, even at a cost to me. Customer service said it was not possible and offered a discount code. Having to buy a new watch every 2 years, which is just how long their batteries seem to last does not seem very environmentally friendly or a good use of money. I will look for other options
