I recently had an issue when my V3 watch stopped recognising my clubs. The problem could not be fixed, which, in itself, isn't an issue, as these things happen. My only disappointment was that spares for the V3 were no longer available (V3 released in 2020), so I couldn't replace the strap with a new one. I was offered a discount on buying a replacement for it, which I gratefully accepted. In all the communications back and forth with Shotscope, the support was all you'd want - prompt, polite, clear and efficient.
