I've been a Shotscope user since the beginning and still have the V2 & V3 watches. I had an issue with my V5 watch "Down" button and contacted Shotscope Support, after confirming where and when i bought the watch they sent me a return Form to fill out, with the option of refund or new watch. I returned the watch. I opted for a new watch (which I believe is one of the best on the market) and they even refunded the postage. Exceptional service, everything sorted over a 24 hr period.
