I have been with Showw for over 6 months, the first 3 i didn't really have any issues. Meds came quickly and i was satisfied. BUT my refill journey has not been the same, I paid a crazy amount as i did not want to change meds/compound. I received meds and immediately tried to contact SHOWW as to why the meds were different and came from a different pharmacy, this time with B added. NO RESPONSE, contacted doctor chat, no response. Finally after a month and around 2 wks, someone finally responded to an email. But asked if i had contacted the doctor.. omg really! Yes, Yes i did. over $1,000 for meds and lousy response time to people who maybe cannot sit on chat and wait 24-48 hours for doc response or keep waiting for emails that do not come until you title them "NOT HAPPY".
