Started my journey in March after my wife had success. Customer service was great in the beginning. I received my third order in August 2025. I only received 2 of the 3 bottles. I have been trying to contact this company to assist me. I have called, emailed, and sent text….. no response from them. My wife tried to re order in July 2025 and could not reach the company. The company now is sending me text and emails for another renewal but will not contact me to correct my last order. You will have no issues placing your order and Showwrx taking you money, but you will get no communication from them. ShowwRx has also changed pharmacy. The product is now a different compound than when I got my first order.
