Ordered a 'small items' package, age 0-2years for girls. Paid the extra £12.99 for VIP shipping, was £22.48 in total. None of the tracking info they sent worked, then received this rather crappy, poundshop item this morning. Couldn't understand where it had come from, then checked the barcode number and noticed it was the same as in the email I received to say my package had been shipped. Totally disgusting that they get away with this. Website is misleading and I am left absolutely fuming. Could've popped to poundland to get the exact same item! Have sent an email complaint and requesting a return and full refund, will have to await a reply, if I ever get one. STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!! CON CON CON CON CONCan't upload a pic, but its a cheap, wooden bloody toy plane to build. Not suitable for under 3 years of age.
