Shrimpcove’s service blew me away from start to finish. They left me hilarious personal messages regarding my order and when the shrimp would be coming to me, clearly caring so much. When they arrived I was flabbergasted at the amount of effort they’d put in, all the boxes were beautifully decorated with stickers and messages and they gave me a handwritten thank you note and some shrimp sticks, cute little items, stickers, and even a suitcase with tiny shrimp pellets inside! They also ended up giving me extra shrimp! I have never experienced such amazing caring service from any aqautic retailer in my life. The shrimp were all super healthy and lively, 0 deaths and settled in really quickly and looking absolutely stunning. They were also packed immaculately with loads of stuffing, foil, heat packs. The shrimp themselves look exactly like the photos provided on the website. I don’t think there’s anyone else that could top this experience for me, I recommend 1000%. Thank you shrimp cove!!! 😊
