Initial communication was good, delivery was also good, packaged very well. The livestock delivered was of expected standard. What was not good was the lack of information on the pH of the water the shrimp were kept in from birth. My tanks pH fell into the range that was advertised on the website, 6.5-5.5. However, even after 3 hours of drip acclimation, all of the shrimp died within 3 days. They only told me that they were kept in water with pH of 5.5 after I informed them on the deaths, which would have been useful to know beforehand so that we could match that. All other parameters were fine and the tank had been cycled for 50 days in advance. After I sent them an image of my pH reading (using the API freshwater master test kit), they at first agreed it was 6.4. However, after I pointed out that fell into the range of what was advertised on their website, they tried to say it was 6.6. It was quite clearly 6.4. Also, the suspected AI generated responses to questions. Then after all the shrimp died, offering a 10% discount on the next purchase. Then after the pH level discussion, they offered a 20% discount.
