Great product, but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an order of a few pots that has been stuck in a depot for over a month now, and after consistently trying the phone number that doesn't work (UK based as shown on website,) and multiple emails (apparently answered within 48 hours) I have no response whatsoever for over 2 weeks now. My child has run out of product, so I have bought each individual supplement ingredients from elsewhere.I thought that writing on here might prompt you to at least honour a refund or resend of my original order, and indeed invest in a proper customer support unit, unless I sense you are not based in the UK at all as you claim.,,***UPDATE to your response below*** - I am afraid you are muddling my order with somebody else. My order was placed on the 8th Sept, not the 5th like you claim, and I have had no communication from you whatsoever since a shipping update stating it has been stuck in a depot. (and yes, I have checked my JunkMail) And I have certainly received no refund!Considering you don't have my order number from this review, I can only assume that your marketing team is making this up to seem like I am a tricky customer.But I am pleased I finally have a response from you, and I shall be copying this conversation in another email to see if I actually get a proper response to sort this order out once and for all.**My emails apparently got lost in the system - phone number non existent though, but finally someone has reached out and re sent my order. Evidence suggests this is not a company based in the UK like stated. Items shipped into UK from China, and then posted from the UK. Moved up to 2 star from 1.
