I made 2 mistakes when placing my order that I didn't realise till after the order was placed and paid for. I emailed explaining my mistake (wrong age bracket) and could they possibly change it for me. A lovely lady named Melissa got in touch and rectified MY mistake without hesitation, she also informed me that I hadn't put the number of my address on the order. 🤦🏻♀️ again this was rectified. 10/10 customer service for me.
