My daughter has recently been diagnosed with ADHD, I came across an ad for Shroom IQ liked what I saw & thought I’d give it a go! Prior to taking them my daughter suffered with winding down & going to bed. We are about 3 weeks in and already I notice a difference in her mood & she is finally going to bed at a reasonable time & getting a good night sleep. Definitely a thumbs up from me.
