The communication from James is spot on! He was so easy to deal with and the customer portal to pop some of your own song choices in to is a really useful tool. The dance floor was full all evening at my recent birthday party. James was at the venue in plenty of time to set up his equipment ready for the off. He is professional and friendly in the right mix.
