My son began tutoring in Year 4 in preparation for the 11+ test. He met with a tutor every half term in a group setting and was assigned work to do in between sessions. In Year 5, he attended weekly sessions that covered all areas of the 11+ test, including non-verbal reasoning, which I particularly appreciated. My son entered his 11+ test feeling prepared and confident, thanks to the tutor's teaching and nurturing approach. He received his results yesterday, and we are over the moon!
