we landed an hour late and eventually got through and went to the desk we was given a pick up point but there was no vehicle there at the time so we waited eventually a minibus pulled up on the stand next to ours and we was informed to get on that vehicle, the driver was refusing to go to Costa Adeje as he was down for Los Christianos we waited nearly an hour on the bus with other passengers while the driver was arguing with someone from Shuttle direct we eventually took our stuff off and headed to the desk which was closed which we thought would be no other customers so we had to get a taxi. the return no email or message to say when or where we was being picked up had to search the number as numbers given where incorrect had to use more of my own money to call to be given the details, very bad service
