I had a paid reservation for a shuttle for 4 people from Singapore Airport to the Singapore Cruise Center. Upon arrival, the driver was not there holding a sign with my name. We waited for half an hour and all four of us tried to locate him without success. Eventually, we had no choice but to queue and take two taxis to reach our destination. Moreover, the two taxis cost me more than the shuttle I had reserved. Despite this bad experience, Shuttle Direct refused to refund me for the useless reservation that they failed to honor.
