Edit as of 1/13/2020- My claim through paypal was closed and they found in my favor because they never bothered to answer Paypal’s inquiry. Money was returned to me! If you paid through paypal, start a claim with them! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Ordered 1 on 12-1-19. Still no product. ‘Tracking number’ hasn’t been updated since 12/11 when it says it’s in China! Website says guaranteed to be received within 3-20 days. Bull! I emailed company, but received no response. I initiated a claim through Paypal and got a generic email back from them that it was ‘in transit’ and that my shipping time was still ‘normal.’ They couldn’t even bother to use my name, it was addressed as ‘Dear Customer.’ I have escalated through paypal to attempt to get some if not all of my money back!
