I booked a massage for the first time recently and had a very positive experience. The therapist did an excellent job with deep tissue work on my achy back and arms, and I felt relief in my legs and feet as well. I had requested firm pressure, and she checked in regularly to ensure it was comfortable. It felt like more than an hour, but I was sad when it ended because I enjoyed it so much!
