I’m sorry to say the whole experience has been frustrating and such hard work from the start. After almost a month we still have no working card and no working app despite emails, messages left on the answer machine and numerous attempts to get through by phone. Customer service is non-existent. I can honestly say this is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.
