Having tried to contact sibstar since 5th August trying to activate card.72 calls & no reply, eventually contacted alzheimers society who had suggested using sibstar who managed to get them to make contact. Now they state it will take a further 7 days to return funds. Beware anyone thinking of using this company, it's hopeless & certainly does not help elderly.
