We have had a Sibstar card for our mum for a couple of years now, it’s was a bit of a frap getting it started but when it was up and running it was great but for the last few months we have been plagued with problems with the card not working properly, it is impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone, I have emailed but have not gotten any sense, they keep saying the card has been activated but on the app it’s saying activate card? So my mum has had no card for a month now and to top it off last night she got 3 monthly charges taken off her account for July and I can’t get through on the phone to see why! A bit rich when she’s not been able to use her card for a month, it should be a refund she’s getting not being charged extra!
