Support staff do work hard as mentioned many times but over the weekend my mothers card was swallowed up by a cash machine which caused her to panic, thankfully some kind hearted souls comforted her. Sibstar now tell me it's going to take 7 to 10 days to get a replacement card, this is just not acceptable & needs to be addressed. If caring for a parent with dementure isn't stressful enough!
