I have no idea what’s going on at Sibstar , my mum has had a card for a year or so with no problems , 3 weeks ago the machine took the card despite money being in the account , Sibstar cannot explain why and have not been able to issue a new card as it’s with their Head of Technical , meanwhile I have had to give cash to mum every day so she can do her shopping , issue still not resolved really shocking in todays world , not the way to treat people with dementia
