William within customer service helped me with the application process due to my brand new Samsung phone not being compatible with the set up on the app ( known to Sibstar) William was very engaging and knowledgeable on the set up process I have received the card for my sister the set up once account activated was quite straight forward add money to account load card activate card . This gives my sister a little bit of independence back when I take her out shopping One negative is their customer service process ringing or sending an email they just dont respond I was fortunate to actually make contact with William by choosing a different option when ringing them and he's been great
