My experience of initially opening a Sibstar account and then using the Sibstar card has been very positive. The Sibstar team have walked me through the various steps in setting up the account, including uploading the Power of Attorney via the government electronic code system. I was impressed how efficient that was. The card itself arrived within 10 days and while we have not yet fully used all of the features, it is reassuring to know that the card is available when it will be needed.
