I set the Sibstar App up for my Mum who has early dementia, and has been through a lot of family disputes, making her very vulnerable to certain people and scams worlwide.The system is a very thorough but probably more lengthier then a normal bank would concur, in searching the persons actual ID. But gives one peace of mind. It did take around 1 month to recieve the card, but once set up is like clockwork and very easy to understand.To sum up its a very good idea, take my hats off to all involved in running it.
