If I could rate below 1 then I would no hesitation and would strongly recommend not ordering from this company. I ordered a shirt for my daughter in October with the promise of fast delivery. I chased the order with no reply (no one replies to the online chat on their website). The order eventually arrived 6 weeks later and was not what I ordered. I have returned the item and 6 weeks has passed with no return of funds or reply. I am currently going through Trading Standards.
