I ordered a jersey from sidejersey.com on December 3rd. All was well, paid and had the order confirmed. Then an email with a tracking number. Tracking number returns nothing then found out you have to use another tracking site. I emailed them some 6 times over the course of December with no reply to date (December 20th). I've even gone via their web site/contact form and chat - no reply. Item finally arrived after Christmas some 3 weeks plus later in new condition (5 stars for condition, 2 stars for the overall experience) . I wouldn’t buy from these again due to poor customer service and that they appear to be in China with very slow delivery times in my case.
