My first redeem was processed quickly, but for the second, I was informed it would take one to three business days. Now, at the end of day three, I'm still being told my redeem is in process. It shouldn't take this long to receive a redeem. I was satisfied with the first payout, but this delay is unacceptable. I've invested my own money and expect my winnings instead of being given the runaround with the same updates repeatedly.
