The guys came on a very hot day. They start work as soon as they arrived the young guy got my front door off very quickly then they got on with it . The older guy came and told me that the bed in my second bedroom would would have to be moved I explained I couldn’t do it (as I’m nearly 70 ) I had moved all the other furniture appropriately I think he didn’t really explain well but quickly said he could move it but ur company would take no responsibility for damages which I agreed I took all bedding off and he could move it down with the door shut . Throughout I supplied them with juice and water it was so hot . They were chatty and explained what I was to do with the wood surrounds on window and door clear varnish etc .T hey never left a mess cleaned up with there wee Hoover . I will be recommending you to friends and family in future as it was a pleasure experience Alison Boyd
