From the sales team, surveyor to the installation team very friendly, co-operative, efficient and happy on a whole with the end result. Only thing I'd say is be careful where in the glass they place the kite marks (I fully understand why they are needed), but the external kite mark is white and catches your eye, people have commented to me on it, and for me this really spoils the frosted glass centred on my chartwell green door and its overall appearance. However on the full lengthed glass side panels they were different kite marks and less visible? I noticed one of the panels was upside down and they returned to turn it around efficiently, without any problem with no damage to the framework.
