Ordering was fairly smooth, but little or no follow up calls or information from sales rep. Communication was poor and could be much better.Installation was slick, but a bit rushed at the end, requiring a second visit to complete and correct minor defects.Absolutely no follow up contact, enquiring about satisfaction of item or work. I was left feeling that I was doing Sidey a favour giving them the work. Also, the sales rep. was aware that I required other work, but no enquiry was ever made.
