Office staff didn't do as they said they would regarding phoning my partner rather than me. Surveyor also phoned me instead of her when office were fully aware she was the one that was going to be in. Second job they've done and still have us as Mr and Mrs when we've always told them our correct surnames. Installation of windows was ok. Remedial work lack of communication from them. 2 weeks still not fully finished due to "weather".
