I purchased an expensive composite front door from Sidey. I noticed an indentation fault on the door a year later, however they were not interested in having any responsibility for the fault. They did come out to have a look at the fault and claimed someone must have tried to break into my house by kicking the front door in. As my house is on a main road and also a bus route this was clearly a lot of rubbish. I would never purchase anything from them again as they clearly have on intention of honouring any guarantee.
