We are renewing our windows as and when we can afford them. So far we have purchased seven windows. Each window has had slight damage to them which I ignored, due to the inconvenience this would impose. I have just received two windows at a cost of nearly £1600 there were three aspects to the windows that I was unhappy with. Yet again there was damage, one with a gouge out of the grey side. One damage to white side and a window packer jammed in the seal. Driver did suggest pen or return. I refused return as it took nearly two months to get these. I later emailed with photos. Reply came back stating driver said pen would do the job, or I could return. The issue I have is not the product, it is that the appreciation of customer expectation is not really understood. I feel my custom is undervalued and a strong take it or leave it attitude by the company. This is not the workers responsibility it is senior management. Ignore at your peril.
