I have recently had Sidey replace an existing lean-to/conservatory at my property.Initially there was constant lack of communication from management which kept me in the dark for long periods...not returning calls etc...eventually when work started there was the wrong shade of glass on one of the panels....replaced 4 times..ALL WRONG!!!...Eventually had the 4 panels replaced....over the course of this year I have not been able to carry out internal works due to them needing to erect scaffolding...which has a knock on effect with my completion certificate...I asked for compensation...forget it!!!!.....joiners carrying out the work are good but customer awareness by management very poor...I have scored them two only because of men who carried out the work...not because of management and after service care...think a customer orientation course is required. If I had my time again I would NOT use them &Certainly would NOT RECOMMEND them ....in fact everyone i tell is appalled and horrified that this type of thing us allowed to go on
