I took the Essentials 1 course in London a week ago, I went in as an almost complete beginner, only had 5 miniatures under my belt. The course was packed with useful informations, you can find a lot of stuff online but if you lack the knowledge to discern what's actual useful information and what isn't then you risk wasting a lot of time. James was great, very direct, straight to the point. Extremely recommended to anyone that's beginning their painting journey but also to more experienced painters, I think there's something to take away from the course for everyone. I'm definitely gonna do the Essentials 2 in November.
