From an initial planning meeting at the Sigma 3 showrooms in Newport, until completion of our agreed specification for our total rebuild of our new kitchen, everything went according to schedule.The designer, was knowledgeable, innovative and listened to our specific needs for design and accomplished all that we were hoping for.All types of ranges of kitchen finishes were offered along with integral appliances.We agreed our design following the production of a 3 D Cad model, which incorporated a colour scheme and design that we were looking for.The time line for fitting was agreed and the teams responsible for preparation of removing the old kitchen, the plumbing, first fix, together with the electrician’s first fix went ahead as planned.Delivery of the new kitchen was achieved on schedule and the fitter was an expert at his trade, it took nearly 7 days to fit, ad the fitter was excellent, a very precise attention to detail, which I believe could not be matched by anyone else.Throughout, the team members were courteous, informing and engaged fully with me during their time at different projects.I had a feeling that everyone had a can do attitude.The result is a beautiful new fitted kitchen, which is fitted as requested.The design team, installation manager and all staff, have been in contact and have followed up the fit to ensure our satisfaction.The quality of the kitchen units are high end.I have no hesitation in highly recommending Sigm 3 Kitchens to other.
