Pretty much the same as all the others - ordered a booster kit in Dec 2023 for over AUD$1000, received a "technical difficulty" delay notice a few weeks later, then 6 weeks later in Feb received a notice that due to an "unexpected financial hold imposed by our payment partner" the order or a refund could not be processed until April 12. I must be gullible, coz I confirmed April was fine and duly waited until the designated date. I did manage to speak with someone, but they never email as they say they will so another week later I have started proceedings with CommBank to recover the funds. Sigh!
