They kept me well informed throughout each stage of the process, responding to all my messages/emails typically within about half an hour or less and always being available to speak to at times to suit me. Katie helped me massively with the Help To Buy application too which I had no idea about how to approach! Towards the end it got a bit up and down with solicitors etc and Deborah didn't hesitate once to chase them on my behalf and make sure it kept moving at all times.
