I decided to choose the delivery option as it stated that delivery is same day in London, where I live. As it was around 6 pm, I did not expect my item to be delivered that day but did expect it the next. As soon as I had selected Signature, I found the delivery options were not for that day (Friday) or indeed for the next day (Saturday). I immediately tried to phone customer services only to get a recorded message advising that it was closed. As the initial instructions had said that once I had selected where to get my prescription fulfilled, I could not change it, I was forced to select Monday delivery. The process itself was easy and delivery took place as expected, however I could have had my medication 3 days earlier if I had gone to a pharmacy myself. I checked the initial email - the email clearly states “ Same day delivery in London” and “Open 7-days-a-week” which I feel is misleading.
